Eligibility for refunds and replacements
You may request a refund or replacement when goods arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. For unopened items in salable condition and original packaging, you may return within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery unless a longer period applies under consumer law in your province.
Items that typically do not qualify
- Products opened or used beyond what is reasonable to inspect them, except where defective.
- Items returned without proof of purchase or outside the stated window without a legal exception.
- Final-sale bundles or promotional sets if clearly marked at purchase.
How to start a return
Email talk@ghelroxxsvyx.world with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return merchandise authorization and instructions. Do not return goods without approval, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Shipping costs
Where the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund reasonable shipping costs or provide a prepaid label when available. For change-of-mind returns permitted under our policy, outbound shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund timing and method
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days in most cases, or sooner where required by law. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Where inventory allows, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. If an exchange has a different price, we will explain any balance due or credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. We cooperate with card networks in good faith and will provide documentation when appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under the laws of Canada or your province or territory of residence.
