Eligibility and accounts

You represent that you have the legal capacity to agree in your jurisdiction. If you create an account in the future, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Submitting a form or cart does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, inventory limits, or errors in listing. Taxes and shipping are calculated according to the rules stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100) or the fees you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim. Indemnity

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Toronto, Ontario.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Site.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
